About This Course...

In this course:

• You will learn to understand the value of engaged employees and recognize traits of both engaged and unengaged team members.

• Short videos you can watch on your own time and at your own pace OR listen to, podcast-style!
• The average length of each video is 8 minutes long (we keep busy practice owners in mind!) The total run time of the course is under 2 hours, however you will need additional time to complete the associated worksheets and implement the changes in your practice. 
• Practical tools for tackling fears and pushback.
• Printable worksheets full of checklists, scripts, gameplans, and resources.
• 2 follow-up calls are included to answer questions that may arise and to help you troubleshoot any potential roadblocks you encounter.
• You can revisit the course whenever you like, as often as you like.
