Module 1 Summary:

In this module we explore using annual performance reviews to engage your employees and show you value them by investing your time and energy into the process. We begin with “Understanding the Purpose of Performance Appraisals” where we share the reasons for and the results of adding a robust annual performance to your culture. In “The Ultimate Blueprint for Crafting Performance Reviews” we then go in-depth into the core elements needed for a robust performance review template. We then move on to “Positive and Productive Reviews: Strategies for Successful Reviews” where we cover the importance of preparing for an employee annual review while giving strategies to implement during the review to ensure it’s effective. Finally, in “Engage Early, Engage Often” we recap the skills you learned, to use engagement as a tool during recruiting, hiring and onboarding, temperature checks and performance appraisals.
