Engage Often: Keys to Retention

In this module we explore the importance of engaging with your team early and often. We begin with "Engage your Team for Success: Best Practices and Tools" where we give an introduction to the system we use to ensure consistent engagement happens. In the next video "Mindset for Leaders: Navigating Sticky Conversations" we discuss that there are two common reasons that leaders avoid engaging at a higher level with their team, time and fear. The goal of the video is to arm you with four great mindset tools to use while engaging and growing with your team through one-on-one interactions. The last video "Investing in Your Employees: The Importance of One-on-One Time" is about providing the tools and information necessary to create your own system for employee temperature checks.
