She has been involved with community economic development councils and is an invited speaker in local collegiate business programs.

Dr. David Bauer
David Bauer, founder of Bauer & Clausen Optometry, private optometry practice innovator and KDR consultant is passionate about serving his patients and his team. Dr. Bauer specializes in developing systems to craft an exceptional patient experience in his practice.
After working in multiple practice settings, David found that he can best deliver the experience he desires for his patients by being in private practice. He understands the only way to guarantee quality is through superior systems and operations. Exceptional patient care is the product of a strong foundation and team.
Dr. Bauer's work is recognized by his community with the award of Billings Best Optometrist many times. The Bauer & Clausen team has been awarded Billings Best Eyecare Practice and Billings Best Optical several years in a row, and he has been asked to share his business knowledge at a local college.

Her years of experience with managing the top optometry clinic in Billings, MT, Bauer & Clausen Optometry, has given her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing healthcare providers today.
Krystin's innovation in healthcare leadership and business development has earned her recognition in the Billings area. She was awarded the 40 under 40 by the Billings Gazette, has led Bauer and Clausen to be recognized as the best Optometrist and Eye Clinic multiple times, and has maintained her ABO-certification since 2012.
She shares her passion for quality, standards, systems and for driving positive change by coaching employees, teams and doctors. She was a key player in transforming a 2-doctor, 5-staff team into a thriving 5-doctor practice with over 30 employees that experiences double digit growth year after year.
