About This Course...

In the course you will tackle the what, why, and how of becoming a practice that functions on systems and by following our method, you will be able to create a procedure manual that supports your practice identity.

• The course is designed with an easy-to-follow, “do this, say this” format. The total run time of the course is under 2 hours, however you will need additional time to complete the associated worksheets and implement the changes in your practice. 
• Step-by-step instructions for our systems thinking method, from preparation to application.
• Practical tools for tackling fears and pushback.
• Short videos you can watch on your own time (closed captioning available) and at your own pace OR listen to, podcast-style! The average length of each video is 8 minutes long (we keep busy practice owners in mind!) 
• Printable worksheets full of checklists, scripts, gameplans, and resources.
• Two follow-up calls are included to answer questions that may arise and to help you troubleshoot any potential roadblocks you encounter.
• Lifetime access, so you can revisit the course whenever you like, as often as you like.
