Implementing a System that Moves the Needle - Pre-appointing

In this module we cover various aspects of preappointing, including its benefits, financial projections, and a how-to guide to get your system up and running.  To begin, in “Preappointing: The Key to Improving Patient Care, Team Experience, and Your Bottom Line”, this video examines the impact preappointing has on patient care, team experience and your bottom line. Moving on to “Unlock the Benefits: How Preappointing Can Transform Your Practice” this video reviews a financial projection of what could happen within your practice if you implement a preappointing system.

Then in “Unlock the System: A How To Guide for Preappointing” we explain how the pre-appoint process looks within our practice and provide you with the information necessary to get your system up and running. Lastly, in “Your Foundation is Solid” we remind you that just because you’re done with this course, doesn’t mean you’re done with the information you received. What KPIs are you and your team going to dig into next? We ask that you pick one, brainstorm on how to improve that number, and work with your team to implement a system to support it.
