Building a Strong Foundation as an Entrepreneur

In this module we share our experiences to help you understand what it means to be an entrepreneur AND healthcare provider. We begin with “The Power of a Growth Mindset” where we share how you can use the same mindset to achieve the goal you set for your practice. We then move on to “Full Circle” where the theme is about coming full circle, when patient experience, team culture, and business performance intersect. Our goal is to start laying the foundation for how to involve your team in pushing your business forward.

Learning Goals:

• Develop the mindset of an entrepreneur and embrace the concept of “you can’t have a mission without margins”, meaning you shouldn’t be afraid of being financially successful. 
• Prepare to start working ON your business rather than only working IN your business because your patient care, your team culture, and your business performance are all interconnected and vital to your success.
